There are other b vitamins that improve memory as well. B-12 is a good start.

There is a lot of research done into the benefits of vitamin B12 and its beneficial effects on memory. While some may argue against supplements, sometimes our lifestyles and pollution levels around us make it impossible for us to get all our nutrition from our diet, making supplementation unavoidable.
